Room to Think Monthly
Ideal Client
Senior Directors and C-suite executives facing isolation at the top, deferred decisions, or the weight of climate-moral load. Ideal for leaders needing consistent space to reclaim their judgment beneath the title.
What's Included
• One core 90-minute strategic thought-partnership session per month.
• Direct interim communication for immediate decision clarity between sessions.
• Strategic follow-up systems to ensure intentions translate to board-level impact.
• Dedicated space for high-level accountability and systemic leadership work.
What is Not Included
Transactional project management, day-to-day tactical consultancy, or administrative HR implementation. This is strategic thought-partnership for the leader, not a substitute for executive management.
Engagement Terms
Minimum engagement: 3 months.
Review point: Quarterly formal check-in.
Structure: Rolling monthly after the initial 3-month cycle.
